What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: ShopPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Can I alter my order?
Sure, before it is process for printing or embroidery, which takes only few hours. Send a message for changes to email@example.com Unfortunatly, we will not be able to cancel the order or make changes to order once the order enters printing or embroidery process.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within Pakistn will be delivered within three to five days by courier.
We ship all international packages by reliable expedited courier services i.e. DHL, FedEx and Aramex. We need just two working days to process your order and hand it over to the couier company. Couriers take anywhere between three to 14 days to dliever the goods to you. We provide you with a tracking number as soon as the shipment is handed over the the couier.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check this detailed breakdown using the drop down menue on the top right of the screen to see if your country's currency and shipping is supported. If your country is not listed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with a quote.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item weight you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. The only sure way to check the shipping costs is to add goods to your shopping card and going to checkout page after giving your address and country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email@example.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
