Manufacturing
We source products globally, tailored to your fabric needs, budget, and eco-conscious values. You choose the decoration and customization—neck tags, hang tags, patches, folding, and bagging included. With advanced resources like 8 automatic presses, 550 embroidery heads, digital printing, in-house sewing, and the capacity to fulfill up to 20,000 units daily, we bring your product vision to life.
Decoration
There are a million ways to decorate a garment. Whether you’re doodling with marker, or bedazzling with jewels, a custom shirt is made to be yours. At Avid, we offer a variety of different decoration types including: screen printing, embroidery, DTG and custom finishing.
Patches
Our richly textured, custom shaped faux leather patches are made of material that offer the look and feel of authentic genuine leather. With ability to be attached almost and area of the garment our patches are highly durable ensuring that your logo looks in stays the way you want it offering our Embossed or Debossed options for production.
Hem Tags
If you’re looking for a finishing element to distinguish your garment, our sewn hem tags offer a unique finishing look that also acquaints your design with a stylish additive. Usually placed around the neckline, collar, sleeve or bottom of your garment our labels are provided in multiple fabric options to suit your preference.
Folding and Polybagging
Let us fold and bag your shirts for you – it helps keep things organized, efficient and clean! If you don’t want us to barcode, no problem- we’ll apply a size sticker onto each bag so you know what’s inside in a pinch.
Hang Tags
Ensure your product is retail ready with custom printed hang tags! We offer a wide variety of sizes, shapes and cardstocks ensuring that you can find one to match your brand’s aesthetic. Custom hang tags are a great way to increase brand recognition and product promotion as well as maintain a consistent brand identity.
Packaging
How your product arrives at a customer’s door is the first impression that your brand makes! We offer blank, generic packaging or we provide custom options if you’re hoping for something more personal and unique. We can help you produce unforgettable boxes, box sleeves or any other kind of packaging that suits your brand.
